عانى سكان إدمونتون من الأمطار يوم أمس الثلاثاء والتي تحولت إلى ثلوج بحلول المساء مما أدى إلى وصول خمسة سنتيمترات إلى المدينة.
وفقًا لوزارة البيئة الكندية كان هذا أكبر عدد من الثلوج التي شهدتها إدمونتون في أحد أيام مايو منذ ست سنوات. وكان في 6 مايو 2015 تم تسجيل 11 سم من الثلوج في مطار إدمونتون.
ومع ذلك هناك أخبار سارة إدمونتون – من المتوقع أن تنتهي الموجة من البرد مع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة بشكل مطرد مع اقتراب نهاية الأسبوع.
وفقًا لوكالة الطقس من المتوقع أن تشهد عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الطويلة أشعة الشمس ودرجات الحرارة الدافئة مع سماء صافية وارتفاع 15 درجة مئوية يوم السبت.
ومن المتوقع أن يكون يوم الأحد 17 درجة مئوية مع مزيج من الشمس والغيوم. عطلة يوم الاثنين ليست لطيفة تمامًا حيث تهطل الأمطار وتبلغ درجة الحرارة 14 درجة مئوية ولكن على الأقل ليس هناك المزيد من الثلوج المتوقعة. إليكم بعض المشاركات من موقع تويتر
