أدينت دانييلا ليس، 26 عامًا، في 4 تهم تتعلق بـ القيادة
بعد ذلك، أقرت دانييلا بالذنب في أربع تهم تتعلق بإعاقة القيادة، وحكم عليه بالسجن لمدة ثلاث سنوات في عام 2021
وهذا الشهر قامت السيدة الكندية ووالدها، حاليا بمقاضاة مكان الحفل الذي قدم لها المشروبات الكحولية مدعية أن المالكين له هم المسؤولين عما حدث معها
وبلغ مجموع الأضرار حوالي 10 مليون دولار.كتعويضات، يعتقدون أن موزع المشروبات الكحولية مسؤول عن “أي تعويضات أو مبالغ قضائية” ناتجة عن دعاوى قضائية متعددة مرفوعة ضدهم من قبل الضحايا
