كندا لايف – شهدت أسواق بيع الزهور في بريطانيا خلال الأيام الماضية حركة شرائية كبيرة وطلب متزايد بعد وفاة الملكة إليزابيث وفقاً لتقرير نشرته وكالة رويترز.
وتصدرت المملكة المتحدة المرتبة الأولى بصادرات الأزهار حيث تم شحن أكثر من 1.5 مليون زهرة مما اطر بائعوا الزهور إلى زيادة ساعات العمل اليومية بمقدار ساعتين ورفع عدد الأيادي العاملة بنسبة 50%.
مما دفع تجار ومصدري الزهور وخصوصاً الأتراك اللجوء إلى طائرات الشحن بدلاً من الشاحنات عبر البر لأن الشحن الجوي يستغرق يوماً بخلاف البري الذي يستغرق اسبوع وذلك سعياً منهم لإرسال أكبر عدد ممكن من الزهور إلى المملكة المتحدة لتلبية طلب السوق.
في الوقت الذي كشف فيه مختصون في أنطاليا إن طلبات الزهور المقطوفة ارتفعت بنسبة 90% منذ وفاة الملكة البريطانية.
والجدير ذكره بأن الوقت الحالي يتزامن مع نهاية موسم إنتاج الزهور في إقليم البحر المتوسط وفترة التي يتراجع فيها الإنتاج في المرتفعات في إقليم إسبرطة.
500 ألف زهرة تركية.. ذكرت شركة تركيش كارجو التابعة للخطوط الجوية التركية إنها بدأت في شحن أكثر من 500 ألف زهرة تزن حوالي 13 طناً إلى إنجلترا لحضور الجنازة من أنطاليا وإسبرطة.
وأضافت الشركة التركية بأنها سلمت ما يقرب من 4 أطنان من الزهور إلى لندن منذ بداية الأسبوع.
فيما أظهرت البيانات الرسمية أن صادرات الزهور من تركيا إلى إنجلترا خلال الفترة 5 و 12 سبتمبر زادت بنسبة 40% مقارنة بالعام الماضي.
