كندا لايف – قالت شركة ميتا، اليوم الخميس، إنها تعكف على استعادة خدمة إنستغرام بعد أن أبلغ آلاف المستخدمين عن تعذر الوصول إلى منصة تبادل ومشاركة الصور وفقا لـ Sky News.
وأبلغ أكثر من 6,600 مستخدم عن مشكلات مع إنستغرام على موقع (داون-ديتكتور.كوم) الإلكتروني، الذي يرصد انقطاعات خدمات الإنترنت ويجمع تقارير وبيانات من عدة مصادر بما في ذلك إبلاغ مستخدمين عن أعطال.
وقد يكون العطل يؤثر على عدد أكبر من المستخدمين.
ووفقًا للموقع الإلكتروني، فقد كانت 84 في المئة من حالات الإبلاغ عن وجود مشكلة في الوصول إلى تطبيق إنستغرام بالهاتف المحمول.
وقالت ميتا، في بيان: “نحن على علم بأن بعض الأشخاص يواجهون مشكلات في الوصول إلى إنستغرام”.
وأضافت: “نعمل لإعادة الأمور إلى وضعها الطبيعي في أسرع وقت ممكن ونعتذر عن أي إزعاج”
